Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are charged separately
If applicable, shipping fees are calculated based on factors such as order value, and the final amount will be displayed to you before completing your order.

2. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery times are 1 to 3 business days and 5 to 10 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, or external factors beyond our control.

Orders are shipped via icarry or Liban Post
Tracking information will be provided where available.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (if applicable)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

5. Delivery Issues
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees / return costs / additional charges.
Shipping fees are refundable under specific conditions once the order has been dispatched.
